Define the expensive problem
Confirm what may be lost or disrupted, who owns the decision, and how the problem is currently discovered.
Ten organisations. One expensive blind spot each.
Help prove whether Meridian can uncover a costly client, delivery, margin, workload, handoff, or decision problem before your existing processes make it obvious.
59-second demonstration
See Meridian find five seeded operational problems across fictional companies, link each finding to its evidence, and surface it before the explicit crisis signal.
Synthetic demonstration only. It establishes system legibility, not commercial proof. Watch directly on YouTube.
The problem
Churn, margin leakage, missed deadlines, overloaded owners, bad handoffs, and blocked decisions often form across project updates, meetings, CRM activity, client conversations, workloads, and finance before any dashboard declares a problem.
Positive language in one channel hides renewal pressure and repeated delivery slippage elsewhere.
Small unpriced commitments accumulate across meetings, tickets, and delivery updates before finance sees the loss.
Workload, deadlines, and unresolved dependencies combine into a failure pattern no single system exposes.
Each project reports a local delay while the shared ownerless decision remains invisible.
Technical validation, buyer activity, and competitive movement become time-critical before the pipeline status changes.
The programme
This is not a broad transformation project. Each design partner brings one expensive uncertainty. Meridian establishes the current discovery baseline, works inside a controlled evidence boundary, and measures whether the finding improved the timing or quality of a real decision.
Confirm what may be lost or disrupted, who owns the decision, and how the problem is currently discovered.
Review a complete fictional evidence chain before any real information is requested or accepted.
Test one operational domain using no more than three approved sources, ranking findings by consequence, urgency, and confidence.
Record detection advantage, action taken, false positives, contradictions, decision impact, and the later result.
Selection standard
The exchange
No licence fee does not mean no commitment. Meridian contributes the system, founder time, analysis, governance, and outcome measurement. Design partners contribute access to the decision process and unfiltered truth.
Proof already built
Meridian has found seeded costly problems and preserved complete evidence-to-intervention chains in a synthetic foundry. The founding cohort exists to determine whether it can do this usefully inside real organisations.
Questions
The application is a relevance check. It does not authorize a pilot, data ingestion, or commercial deployment.
The founding objective is verified proof, not short-term software revenue. Meridian is selecting organisations willing to invest executive attention and honest evidence. Any later commercial deployment is a separate decision with separate terms.
None. The application asks only for your organisation, role, approximate headcount, the operating development you cannot afford to discover late, and what earlier understanding would change.
No. Qualification and the synthetic walkthrough happen first. Any real evidence requires an agreed purpose, minimal scope, source approval, access controls, retention and deletion terms, and human authority.
That is a valid outcome. The programme records negative results, false positives, contradictions, and where existing processes outperform Meridian. Proof must be capable of disproving the thesis.
You receive the agreed outcome record and complete the exit, export, and deletion process. There is no obligation to continue. A paid deployment is discussed only when the evidence demonstrates value and both organisations want to proceed.
Each programme requires direct founder involvement, weekly evidence review, and careful outcome measurement. Ten is the maximum cohort Meridian can support without weakening the proof standard.
Applications open
Tell us what it could cost or disrupt, how it is discovered today, and who owns the decision. We will determine whether Meridian has a credible, controlled route to finding it earlier.
Applying does not create a contract, authorize data access, or guarantee acceptance. Meridian will reply only where the stated problem appears suitable for a bounded validation.
